SHIPPING POLICY
After you place your order, we process and pack within 48 hours. You’ll receive an email shipping confirmation with a tracking number when it’s ready to head out to its final destination.
We ship via the US Postal Service. You’ll be able to track your package from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at its final destination.
In order to estimate the total time it will take from the moment you place the order until it is delivered, please make sure to add our processing time to your calculation.
ALPHA PAK GUARANTEE
We test ALL of our products at many points of the supply chain and we completely guarantee against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If anything is wrong with your Alpha Pak products, we will do everything to make it right.
The guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by:

Improper use or misuse of the product

Damage caused by chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications

Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire
EXCHANGES
We know that sometimes things don't quite fit or look right, so for all US orders over $30 we offer one free exchange.
Fill out our Contact Form, include your order number and request an exchange — please be sure to let us know the size of the new item if applicable. We'll email you a return label for you to send back the original item and queue up a replacement shipment.
Also, for any International order over $100 we also offer one free exchange.
For any order not meeting the above criteria, please contact us via our Customer Service form and we'll do our best to make you the happiest customer on the Internet.
